I'm so mad I have waited in all day and they haven't turned up,I could've gone out with my children but I couldn't as we had to wait in all day for them to collect some things just for them not to turn up. I’m disgusted with BHF Dover. We booked a collection of two sofas, a dining room suite and a bed. Took both front doors off and waited, and waited, and waited. Late afternoon I phoned them to be told goods have already been collected!! I said no, they’re still here and the person I was speaking to insisted they had...

very over priced!! I totally understand what thay raise money for and ect but when I went into this shop last week I was looking at a set of table and chairs so while I was standing there I looked online quickly to compare prices so I found the set online £50 cheaper online I could not understand why on earth this shop...
