Walked in today with a damaged pair of frames bought in this very opticians. Not cheap ones either. Immediate response was sullen, immediately unhelpful and with zero interest in me or my needs. Brilliant place, so careful and professional with eye tests, I don't trust my eyes with anyone else. They have the latest equipment so they can check further behind your eyes. Spotlessly clean place, very friendly and professional staff, they don't push you to buy expensive glasses but will help and advise. Highly recommend...
