A frustrating business to deal with. Staff sometimes seem reluctant to deal promptly and in a friendly manner with customers. As a business, lacks some professionalism in dealing with the public. Not the best at communicating well eg today, Bank Holiday, no opening/closing hours on-line for them; no answerphone message... read full comment
