As a disabled customer, I rely on the delivery service they advertise.However if there drivers say your not in (despite you knowing you were in all day) then they refuse to deliver.I am fortunate that I had someone I could get to collect my prescription at a push . What a dreadful service. Away from family and over 65 I popped in to the advertised drop-in Covid jab service. At the counter - a rude lady said they were not giving them and I had to book on line. I pointed out that there was a sign on the window confirming what I had read on the NHS. Plus my wife had dropped in for one... read full comment
