went into this bank to sort out something that didn’t go into my account and had the nicest lady help me out called Angela she was really helpful and very understanding and was very sweet and was able to help me with my problem very efficiently.

Local branch of this major national bank, one of the few remaining on the high street. Reduced hours and no Saturdays since COVID , but excellent service from the staff who really understand the local older population. Nice to see humans still employed in a bank when so many are switching to machines. This is a great bank... read full comment

Popped into the Deal branch today, just for some £1 coins, the lady behind the counter didn't have any, but went out of her way, and needed to ask a colleague for coins. Nothing spectacular, but sometime we all need to praise little wins and great customer service... Well done Deal Halifax 5 stars as promised...Greg Harris... read full comment
