I used 2 work for the company but now I'm just a customer but I'd like a massive praise to go out to both Ursula the manager and susan her deputy for the wonderful job that they have both done for me I had a calendar made up just b4 xmas as a gift but didnt realise that some of the months were wrong both ladys have gone...

Visited the store today and received some fantastic service. I only needed some pens but had a friendly welcome from Ursula (sorry if I've spelt that wrong!) and she helped me find what I needed quickly! Will definitely be back next time I need anything.
