Awful service. Been with o2 for over 20 years. Wanted advice on plan for kids first one. Person serving was more interest in look at his own phone than helping. Arrived today at 10.20AM and booked an appointment which I was told would be a 30 minute wait. I accepted, came back an hour and 10 minutes later as I heard nothing and the guy who served me was on break.
