So delicious the food was amazing - burger super juicy went for a birthday meal and GBK never disappoints! Staff are so friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to go back ?

New menu has changed GBK for the worse I'm afraid. Essentially it's McDonald's but more expensive. Smash burger just had some sloppy cheese sauce, nothing else and some insipid lukewarm fries.

Myself & my daughter visited GBK Bluewater earlier today. Max alongside Phoebe was incredibly attentive, ensuring our experience was perfect. Max was clearly extremely busy, greeting every customer ensuring they were happy & no one was kept waiting. Please extend our gratitude to both Max & Phoebe?
