Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Helped me choose my perfect watch and was able to answer all my questions. Excellent Team, all happy to help and went above what you would expect from a usual sales person. Not pushy at all, which added to an enjoyable experience, highly recommend a visit.

The shop was good, after I found the item I wanted on there website I went to the outlet at Bluewater. I bought the item in full, however I had to wait for same item to be delivered.
