Popped in store to sort out an online click and collect order for my sons 30th which was cancelled 2 days after accepting payment. They sorted it out brilliantly as was nothing to do with actual store other than pick up item.

Bought some earrings for my wife from Ernest Jones and paid with Bluewater Gift Cards I had. I asked if I could get a refund if she didn’t like them. Ernest Jones is located along the Lower Rose Gallery, directly opposite John Lewis, in the Lower Mall of the Bluewater Shopping Centre in Dartford, Kent. We are easily accessible from the Rose Gallery car park and are near the customer lifts.
