Had an issue with Uber but the manager was kind enough to go out of their way to get in touch with them for a refund - second order came through fine and we were happy customers!

Didn't deliver all of my order, when I called they cut me off twice, now waiting for just eat to refund me for the undelivered items, going to be 7 days, before I receive my refund, funny because the payment I made to them was instant, how comes my refund takes 7 days, Domino's and Just Eat, I'll never use either of you...
