Had an amazon return done here before and it was done okay, the lady was calm, she processed it easily. But today a certain man was working there with all manners of attitude and was being nasty. Staff helpful, but take your name off of royal mail and parcel force because you do not do them. Been there and the qr code doesn't scan waste of time
