There is always 4-5 staff in but they take forever to serve as they are always seem to be busy with other stuff not with waiting customers.

Abysmal, they have closed down the comfy area so they can get an early leave, there is no full fat milk and there are no cups as the dishwasher has broken again. Run the shop for the customer.
