Made the mistake of buying a microwave from them. Less than a week and it goes wrong. Took to Pepperhill store and exchanged it not too many problems. So 2nd one has same problem. This time. Kept everything receipt box everything. Took to Crayford as we was closer today. Big mistake. Ignored by the staff as they serve everyone... read full comment

Negatives : Always a queue, staff do not know about products they selling if you request someone who does they refuse and ask you to telephone? Why will I go back and call when I’m already at store? Local HR and Management needs to step up
