Customer service was rubbish, the lady serving us at the till was too busy talking with other members of staff that even didn’t look at us. The fridge with cakes was nearly empty. Rachel is as Efficient as she is beautiful. Always has a smile for you no matter how busy she is. Makes the best flat whites.
