Some of my family and I visited here for an evening meal. Great food, good sized portions. Nice atmosphere. I had the steak and kidney pudding off the specials board. Homemade, delicious, and huge! With loads of gravy and buttery mash. Really enjoyed it. We would certainly revisit.

We stopped for a quick drink before attending a crafting course nearby, early Friday evening. The pub was lovely and welcoming and the staff were friendly, smiled and had a sense of humour so we didn't feel like outsiders. Had a Sunday roast here, went for the trio. Absolutely exceptional, service was great and everything was reasonably priced. Well recommended.
