Mediocre and poor value for money. Basic room, freezing cold shower and noisy boiler (realized too late that must have been another guest using all the hot water...), staff seemed pretty unhappy to be there and not particularly confident in their roles (e.g. clear hesitation on whether to challenge us as we walked past... read full comment

We stayed to visit our son who is studying at university of Kent. Fantastic original style and very warm hosts. Amazing service at a very good price.
