Booked in for a screen replacement at 5pm via Apple, which said same day. Arrived and whilst they had the part in stock they said it would take more than 30 mins and they were closing in 35 mins, so they’d have to keep it over night. Cowboy - told Me me ( my virtually new ) iPad was damaged so was not under warranty - absolute lies and absolute BS - the ‘damage’ he claimed was there , did not exist do not go to This store - I am taking them to the small claims courts
