The room was nice and the beds were very comfy as usual. The staff were so kind. They brought a birthday card and a bottle of Prosecco to my daughter as it was her 18th birthday. Thank you so much!The location is brilliant. A 5 minute walk into the centre of town

Located only a short walk from the Cathedral (albeit under a walkway that the council want you to believe is safer than crossing the road - presumably an idea that was come up with by a man!), its also close to a Waitrose and Tesco Metro.Checked in using self service, which is fine by me, but had to go back down to reception... read full comment
