Absolutely shocking service this evening. Waited an hour for food (spent £50+) and would have never received any if I hadn't gone to the counter to ask where the order was. This was our usual kfc but every Friday it’s a nightmare always 25 mins + waiting time but today was just too long. Never received an apology either.... read full comment

Disgraceful wait taking loads of orders but not processing them quicker enough people waiting nearly an hour for food ?

Probably the best kfc burger I’ve ever had. It was quiet and service was a bit slower but it was out of McDonald’s or this… best decision
