I wouldnt even give one star. They were given a task to value some diamonds. They under weighted the weight colour and clarity when challenged against the actual GIA they claimed that they provide am opinion.So my opinion is they are a less the adequate valuation agent and you will loose money they levied a £10k dimomd...
