Went to your Marshwood store in Canterbury on Saturday for my usual Americano and I was shocked to see a male staff member (who I believe was referred to as Mark by another staff member) being rude to a young Asian female staff member in front of me and other customers. Rather nice Costa, albeit in a rather isolated location.Awful seating mind you! The bench seats are so low its impossible to read a newspaper.Bear that in mind anyone under 6 foot tall.I really think Mr Goldex could do a lot better with this one !!!
