Though this is a small Nero, the staff are wonderful and friendly, the drinks are well made, and the coffee is always fresh.
As it is on the Uni Kent campus, it also has a lovely coffee shop/ bookstore vibe and is in the same building as Blackwell's Books.

Unfortunately the iced chai tea lattes we ordered tasted of nothing, there was no flavour to it so definitely not worth ordering. The drinks were also warm at the bottom and iced at the top. Coming here in the morning to get my iced flat white was the highlight of my day because of Brouk. Not only did he make the best coffees anywhere in Canterbury, he was also friendly, funny, and able to wait on 10 people at a time efficiently. Thank you, Brouk!
