Hour long queues. One member of staff. People had to leave as they couldn't stand up that long. Just shut down if you don't want any customers.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced by one particular member of staff.every time is the same infact i didnt want to go in there to collect my repeat perscriptions any more because if the complete and utter rudeness and lack of customer care.i changed pharmacies.its a shame its just one member of staff who ruins... read full comment
