An hour wait for a pre-ordered prescription that I ordered a week ago! Countless customers came in after me that had to wait for a prescription to be dispensed and were served before me. When I spoke to the colleague I was told they are short staffed and I have to allow 10 days for collection!!!! No waiting system at all.... read full comment
