Often several people waiting that can lead to 15+ minute delays, which can be irritating, but the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd prefer if they added a second 'cashier' at all times, so that it wasn't a single service point which is what causes a lot of the delays.

Would 100% recommend this pharmacy, all the staff are lovely and smiley and went the extra mile to help me with the problem I was having. Not sure what’s happening with pharmacies in supermarkets but the service you get can only be described as rude, self righteous where no one seems to care for the customer and Tesco Extra pharmacy is up there with the worst.
