I booked Christmas day lunch for myself and my adult son. I can't fault it. The main course was a carvery. The turkey was tender and the veg cooked to perfection. Plenty of it too. I went for lunch on a quiet Monday afternoon Tracey who served me had exceptional customer service skills making me feel welcomed and valued I had the Smothered platter which was lovely as always and the steak cooked to perfection (medium) however it was slightly chewy but apart from that it was a great experience
