The staff were very friendly and polite. I like peppermint tea with some honey and to relax in there.

This is third in a row bad coffee experience for me in town centre Ashford Starbucks. I am regular customer of Starbucks but regular use other places in London. Ashford ‘cappuccino’ tests like milk and smells bad. I took a coffee this morning around 9:20 am, a lady served with cold customer service.
