We needed somewhere to stay near the tunnel. Premier Inns have always been great in the past and Ashford North provided the same experience as others. The hotel was up to the normal good standard. the evening meal and the staff was lovely. Then we went for breakfast, could not see any orange juice and when i asked the waitress i get a we have run out. So i suggested a bottle from behind the bar and was told NO . we then found out that the breakfast was no longer a buffet... read full comment

The bed was disgusting and collapsed I contacted premier in. Showed them the photo and never heard anything more (guaranteed good night sleep I think not ) it was impossible to get through to customer services and when I did they where not helpful at all
