The most of the staff in County Sq is so rude. When I popped in store at 5, the saleswoman was so pissed. I was looking for a gift, I was going through the sizing and she was literally rolling her eyes. I asked when do they close, she said it’s the usual 5:30.m with an annoyed tone. Good clothes, one of my favorite stores, however the customer services is appalling! The assistant that served me on the till on Saturday 2/12/23 was not helpful at all, she was extremely rude, looked like she does not like foreigners.

I do enjoying visiting peacocks, the staff are lovely to talk to, always say hello and even offered to help as I didn’t have my phone, great customer service
