Slowest Greggs ever, i dont know what it is but its always 1 person serving whilst the others do whatever at the background, the queues go out the door to the street but they dont seem to care.

Everything is fine with with food but the cleanliness of the store is disgusting my five year old went to toilet and in her words there well Grim ?

Often appalling service, today there was 3 members of staff behind the counter all just chatting, they made eye contact with me multiple times and just ignored. One of them was just on their phone, took a solid minute and a half to be served whilst they all stood there doing nish, baffled, won't be going back on principle
