AVOID they do not send all items you paid then make it so much hard work to try and get the item you paid for it’s not even worth it dump needs closing down

Yesterday I bought a lots of tools in that shop. Just want to say thank you guys. Costumer service was so professional, I don’t know the guy name but he helps me a lot, was half hour explaining me everything. And in the end gave some gift as well. Thank you. I will definitely come back here.

Sadly and innocently ordered the incorrect blade for my Evolution disc cutter (a 255mm instead of 230mm).I approached FFX for an exchange which they point blankly refused as outside of the 30 day return / exchange policy.The point I'd like to make is this is not a tool that has been used but a unused blade, all i have asked... read full comment
