The place is an health hazard, staff are terrible, toilets are disgusting, place needs closing down

This new Costa at St James Centre Dover, is amazing, it's has a great lay out so guaranteed a seating area. Specials are lovely however the prices are getting more and more expensive with people now getting there own coffee machines and milk frothers at home it would make sense if they keep their prices competitive.
