This branch is invaluable as one of only 2 banks still left in Shanklin. Seems to have a very low staff turnover as always the same friendly faces and excellent service. Cannot fault them as never had a problem having had accounts here for many years.

Small local branch - and much appreciated as such - extremely helpful and pleasant staff, and everything you need for savings, transfers, and so on. One cash machine outside, and another inside with cheque deposit facility and so on.
