They only have 1 room with a walk in shower which was already booked so we'd booked a room with a shower over the bath for 1 night. The room was lovely and bright and clean overlooking the sea. The staff were so friendly and kind I only have one complaint but it is very small the tables were sticky othere than that 10/10 I would recommend it and there were no horrible staff just ten out of ten five stars the food was nice the portion of beans was a bit small but it was fine

From The Boathouse at Priory Bay
The Boathouse was built in 2012, to offer something completely different for weddings and other special events. Located on Priory Bay, on the north east coast of the Isle of Wight, it looks over the Solent and mainland from the Spinnaker Tower to Goodwood.
