Pathetic unhelpful opening hours. Royal Mail was once the pride of the UK. It's now dire, useless and quite frankly dreadful. So sad ?

Not fun waiting for ages crammed into teeny tiny waiting area for the one member of staff to deal with everyone's enquiries/post/parcels. Slow and unpleasant experience.
