Pile of parcels on the floor. Impossible to find your own. Not particularly helpful staff. Better paying for delivery.

Awful experience. Shopkeeper is the rudest and most disgusting person alive. Zero manners and treats customers with utter contempt. This person should not be in a customer facing job. I simply popped in to process a Yodel parcel but upon entering the store the shopkeeper angrily gestured to a rack full of parcels and grunted... read full comment
