I popped in last week and saw Tracey, I have seen her many times and as usual she was friendly and very helpful as I had to change my shoes for a different size, nothing is to much trouble for her she is an absolute credit to Shoe zone and it's always a pleasure to see her . Lovely Lady x

What lovely and helpful staff. Both Tracy and Lisa went out of their way to help me find matching wellington boots for my grandsons in different sizes. I highly recommend this shop.

The staff are not intrusive but always close by if needed. There is a really extensive range of footwear at very reasonable prices and a good choice of accessories. Love the shop. Hope we never lose it.
