Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the bank after over 30 years of dedicated banking. Last communication was on hold for an hour only to be told they can't talk to account holders. Looking to change banks. Never been treated like this

No in house help or able to google the phone number for Santander to speak to a human being! After walking into the bank and requesting to see a bank manager,and notice that four-five offices were closed so they had no intentions of letting me see a bank manager!
