Friendly, caring and attentive staff. A pleasure to visit this branch, everyone from the branch manager through to the customer advisers are friendly and smiling. Closed all my accounts here today after over 40 years a member. No £100 for me so obviously I'm not the type of customer they value. Pity as the staff are great ,the company, looking at Trustpilot 1.4stars will rightly be in trouble

Very helpful staff, always very accommodating and often remember you by name as you walk through the door. Great service.Used them as a building society for over 20yrs now and they have always been a great company to deal with at multiple branches too.
