Staff are amazing friendly and helpful. A wet windy Saturday morning in Newport Isle of Wight and I walked in wet and dishevelled and the ladies offered me tissues to dry my glasses and they were just very kind. Thank you - I am new to the Island and a what a refreshing change from London banks.
