The optician was so thorough and professional with a gentle and kind manner. My appointment was late on Friday 29th December, and I was amazed to receive a phone call on Wednesday 3rd January to say my glasses were ready to collect. Altogether a very positive experience.

All the staff are so polite, friendly and helpful. They gave all the time you needed to pick out your new frames and are all knowledgeable in regards to such things as prisms and transition lenses. I would give the 10 gold stars if I could!
