Most of the time they have what I want, good selection of checkouts, personally I prefer the manned ones over the self checkout plus the staff are always friendly and helpful .?

Terrible toilets!I would not have bothered to write a review but this is the second time I’ve been to this store to use the loos and it was so bad I had to say something.This is Waitrose after all!No toilet paper, pee all over the seat, and only one working toilet that was .a unisex one.I was really needing the toilet... read full comment
