The post office counter opens whenever they feel like opening it. The opening times stated online is for the shop where the post office can be found and the shop counters can only do a limited amount of the services post offices offers such as buy stamps and pay in cash. They won't accept your parcels at the shop counters...

Went there to send something at 11-30am Saturday 27/1, I was told that the post office doesn't open until 3-30pm. Opening times are stated as 6-30am to 10pm on the internet.

Usually fine but you need to make your opening times for shop v Post Office counter clear.
