Lovely people and so helpful and reassuring. Great value too.Update March 2024: I cannot recommend them enough for their expert advice and responsiveness to eye health problems. Quick and easy to get an appointment too. If only the NHS GP service was as good.

Absolutely dismal service, they resort to unfair trade practices to rip you off. I walked in with a voucher covering for the eye test and a discount for the glasses. After the eye test, when I couldnt decide about the glasses, I was told that I could still avail the voucher if I pay 25 pounds now and will be refunded later... read full comment
