Walked past and saw sundaes on their menu. Went in to order. Asked the cashier for a sundae, he’s telling me we don’t sell those. I have then pointed at the menu right behind him and said one of those. Ordered via just eat. Have used several times. Pre ordered earlier in the day for delivery of a specific time. Food arrived 30 mins late, everything I mean everything was cold and to top it off x2 items were missing. KFC just directed back to just eat and refused to help anymore.
