Tried to pay off some of my mortgage but couldn't as their system wouldn't accept the amount; they couldn't explain why as:a) Only the mortgage team can say why (mortgage team not in branch), and,b) It's a Bank of Scotland mortgage, so Halifax can't access it (they've been the same company for 15 yrs, yet their IT systems... read full comment
