I think if the staff smiled once a month It would be good for both them and my customers. Very unhelpful with this new way to get my prescription. I have now moved to shoplands who are very friendly and very helpful

Boots got policy where they won't initially when you get your prescription, take your repeat prescription. Youve got to either take the slip back 10 days before you run out or go on a app. Therefore making you take extra trip. Apparently due to wastage. !!
