“When I went into the Welwyn Garden City store I was incredibly stressed running out of time to make a CHAPS transfer on the costs for a property in a chain. Nicola and Leanne were so wonderful, they could see I was stressed and were very reassuring and calm. Nicola even suggested I went to get a drink and something to eat and she would wait for me, so I could try to relax. They stayed late to help and were so supportive. I really can't thank them enough. They are 5* employees and made a massive difference to me. I returned the next day after I had completed on the house and they were the first ones to give me a congrats hug (even before family). I'm so grateful to have had that experience”

“Today, I visited the Santander Bank and I met a staff member named Sandra McDonald. She was very lovely and helpful. Ages ago, one branch closed in my area, and they moved somewhere else. I lost my passbook and everything, but this lady, whom I visited for the first time, helped me a lot and guided me to unfreeze my account. Something that the Wembley Branch couldn’t sort out. 10/10 to Sandra McDonald.”
