Had the worst experience ever with a staff member called Maureen at W.H.shop in Elm Park Essex.at 17.28 3rd oct.when i disturbed her phone conversation to take my dog bet as the dogs were going into the traps.She accused me of rudeness as she was on the phone to her boss.what was i to do as the manager was putting money... read full comment
